but toni and guy's is way pricey for a teenager.

and they both can hadle colored hair.

I am looking for a good hair salon to go to....I live in Arlington, but will drive to Dallas or Fort Worth as well. I prefer a hispanic or african-american hair dresser bc I have a weird texture of hair (mixed with black and puerto-rican). Any help is appreciated..Hair salons?? DFW area...?
there is a place in far north dallas called daisy's salon. they have a bunch of different girls there that work with all kinds of hair. - it's at spring valley and the dallas north tollway.

you are asking for highlights.


you can have highlights put in your hair with a cap which is this :cap: that goes on you head and they pull the hair out with a plasticrod with a hook on the end and once they have all of the holes with hair through them they put the highlight mixture in.


if you dont do it with the cap you just take strands around you head and place highlight mixture on that way.When you go to a salon and you ask for a cap, what are you asking for?
It is when you get your hair frosted. They pull tiny strands of hair through this cap and apply the color only to those strands.
