Hair Salons?

If a Hair Salon is cheap does it mean there not as professional?

If a Hair Salon is expensive(In the mall) does it mean they are good professional and give good haircuts?Hair Salons?
A hair salon that is cheap means just that they are not charging as much for their services. There could be a number of reasons why a salon doesn't charge as much. but as far as being less professional No it does not mean that.

The same goes for a salon that charges a higher price. There are numerous reason why a salon would charge a higher price.

Here are a list of reason for either direction being cheaper or more expensive

1. Location, and the clientel home income level for that area

2. Products the salon choose to use, could be higher in price or lower in price, which in turn could mean quality

3. Education Level of stylist

4.Supply and Demand, If there is an abundant of clients like for instance great clips has alot of clientel just walking in, so they can afford to lower their price cause they are serving many

but a salon that has a lower clientel may charge more, cause they spend time and in a salon time is money therefore the prices are higher

As you can see there are several factors that cause the price of a haircut to be either higher or lower

One thing is this, it doesn't matter the price if a stylist is a good hairstylist she/he is a good stylist no matter the price they charge.Hair Salons?
You get what you pay for is my philosophy regarding hair.

I think if you were just getting a trim, a cheaper place would be okay but if you dye your hair or get perms I would trust an upscale salon over a cheap place.

I only get my hair cut but i still go to expensive salons, it's just your preference.
It really depends on the stylist themself. Ask around and see if anyone has used a certain stylist at both places and see if the people are satisfied with the work.

A good stylist could be working at a cheap place because they just can't get a different job.
