Any salon can dye your hair hot pink for you. In most places, you'll just have to supply the pink dye for them.
Any place should do it, just let them know in advance so they can order some pink dye in for you.

anyways just get a friend with some hair dying experience to do it for you. walgreens has SPLAT brand pink dye that comes with a bleach kit. it's really easy to use!! i used it to dye her hair purple and it looks AWESOME if i do say so myself.
hot topic also has pretty decent hot pink dye but the stuff at Sally's Beauty Supply is the best in my opinion.
