How come salon beauticians won't BOTH dye and perm/wave hair?

Because they both have really Strong chemicals in them, one being ammonia. If they were to attempt this, the color wouldn't come out right, mixed with the chemicals in the perm solution, and second you could have a good chance of your falling out all together!
so u cant sue them if ur hair breaks off...
