There is no one shampoo or condition that they all use...it completely depends on what products they carry. But you can but the same products that they use, yes.
There isn't 1 set brand they use. They use all kinds. But Aveda makes some great stuff. Try those products.
Tresemme cheap about $4.00 and I use it cause i color my hair and its soft and looks natural
