U'll get tan from the tanning place but i recomend rub and/or spray tanning unless u want 2 get skin cancer but yes u will get tan u just have 2 be in the tanning bed 4 15 mins.

go for a couple of days to get a good base tan and use a tanning lotion before you get in the bed. (make sure its not a bronzing lotion- those make you orange). also, put on a normal lotion right after. the more moisturized your skin is the darker and longer lasting you tan will be. laying out will keep it up for sure
