Here, it is called Permanent Makeup, and was done more widely about 10 years ago than now. I have never seen it done on a man, but it could be. The results people have gotten have been less-than-satisfactory (uneven lining, pigment color doesn't come out as expected), and have caused infections at times. Also, standards of beauty will change, so a bright red, well-demarked thin lipline from 1980 might not be so well-liked with a neutral palette preferred now. I have not seen many natural-looking results, but it has been pleasing for people like ladies who have lost their eyebrows entirely and have had them tattooed on. Most everyone who had it done a dozen years or so back now covers up some of it with cosmetic to make the look more contemporary. Check under Tattooing or Permanent Makeup/Cosmetics in your local Yellow Pages, and ask to se their past clients or a portfolio of their work.Lip tattooing ,,,,, I was in Thailand and saw salons doing lip tattooing.?
men shouldn't do it for a lipstick look. i Guess if they have no pigment (like white lips) than it may make them feel better.
