your probably entitled to about a day off for each month you have worked.

Yes definately, if you only worked part time then they could get away with not paying you holiday pay, but because you work full time and you've been there for 3 months you should definately be entitled to it!
I work in an Irish car dealership and I was told that for every month i worked i make up a day and a half holidays at the start anyway...
One of my friends works in a hairdressers here in Ireland aswell and she gets **** all holidays especially because she is training there..
But if you want to know for certain ask your boss to make you up a contract or state how many holi-days you are entitled too...
If your boss refuses to do this I'm pretty sure that you could take this further because you have the right to know what holi-day's you are entitled to...
