I have really fine hair too and its damaged right now too. I deep condition and condition the crap out of my hair. I really don't think it does much though. Theres nothing you can do for fine hair, thats something you have to deal with. But the dryness is probably because of your styling products, so all you need is a shampoo and conditioner that will add moisture back to your hair. And try not to use alot of styling tools and products.
